Project Overview

Kitten Mitten is a non-profit organization focused on supporting and caring for animals through community-driven initiatives and fundraising.

The organization initially had a website built using a proprietary page builder provided by a hosting company.

The Objective

The goal was to move the organization to a platform that:

  • Allowed full customization and ownership
  • Supported both donations and e-commerce

Strategy

After reviewing the existing setup, I advised rebuilding the website on WordPress rather than continuing to customize within the restricted system. The reasoning was simple:
